    Alexandra Francese

    Alexandra Francese is the founder of CM Editorial House and Creation Magazine. She specializes in fiction and has worked with writers at all stages offering sharp, supportive feedback with an eye for voice and emotional resonance.

    Ivelina Kirilova

    Ivelina Kirilova is the assistant manager of Creation Magazine and a nonfiction editor at CM Editorial House. She specializes in memoir and personal essays, with a focus on helping writers uncover clarity and emotional depth. Ivelina also has experience in literary translation, bringing a nuanced, cross-cultural perspective to her editorial work.

    Morgan Neering

    Morgan Neering is a poet and editor at Creation Magazine and a contributing editor at CM Editorial House. She primarily works across poetry and fiction, offering intuitive, language-focused feedback that helps writers sharpen their voice and deepen the emotional texture of their work.

    Alexa Manning

    Alexa Manning is a poet and poetry editor at Creation Magazine, where she brings care and precision to every manuscript she edits. At CM Editorial House, she focuses on poetry collections, helping writers shape their work into cohesive, resonant manuscripts that honor both craft and voice.

    Favorite Books: Pearl by Sîan Hughes and Beautiful World, Where are You by Sally Rooney

    Alex Hoeft

    As a fiction and nonfiction editor for CM Editorial House and Creation Magazine, Alex Hoeft is especially drawn to narratives with rich world-building and flawed characters, and topics that explore unique perspectives and oft-asked questions in fields of sociology and psychology. She specializes in story transition and copy and line editing, and is eager to provide feedback that is both constructive and supportive (because putting your work out there is hard enough). Alex works as news reporter and editor, adding realistic dialogue recognition and balanced research to her skillset.

    Favorite Book: A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara

    Ariana Matondo

    Ariana Matondo (they/she) is a queer disabled Tanzanian-American poet, editor, and teacher based in Tampa, Florida. They are the poetry editor for Creation Magazine and Saw Palm, as well as the winner for the Zora Neale Hurston Award for poetry (2025) and a finalist for Disquiet Prize for poetry (2025). They are also a previous recipient of the Vermont Studio Center Fellowship (2024), Light for Public Health Poetry Prize (2024), and Bettye Newman Poetry Prize (2025). Ariana has published and forthcoming work in Light Magazine, Honey Literary Magazine, and more. Ariana's poetry focuses on disability justice and intersectionality, mapping literary cartographies, and exploring ways of orienting the body towards queer and peculiar ways of living (the best kind of way to live, by the way). They are currently getting their MFA in poetry at the University of South Florida.

    Favorite Book: Madness by Sam Sax and Wicked Enchantment by Wanda Coleman

    Rachel Shaver

    Rachel Shaver graduated from Eckerd College with a BA in creative writing and a minor in literature. She lives in Tampa, Florida with her twin sister and spends her days consuming media in all forms. She has been published in Collision Literary Magazine and worked as editor-in-chief for Eckerd Review, as well as editorial intern for Cleaver Magazine.
